Ingredients List
- 1 large cup of hot, Earl Grey Tea (leave space in cup for brandy and honey)
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 tsp of honey or agave syrup
- 1.5 oz brandy
- 1 slice of orange
- 2 little coins of fresh ginger (slice 1/8-inch pieces from a knob of fresh ginger)
Directions
Pour hot tea into a thick-walled glass or mug about ¾ full. Use a cinnamon stick to stir in honey. Add the brandy, orange slice, and ginger coins. Enjoy!
