“I recently met the hard working dogs of the TSA Explosive Detection Canine Teams. They are impressive and are true heroes. Their work helps to keep us safe,” states Grigio, the Standard poodle of Global Aviation President, Flo Newton.

The Explosive Detection Canine Teams for the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) train daily in different venues around the state of Oregon. Recently, the teams visited Global Aviation to do training in and around Global’s aircraft and facility.  It was a very productive day for the group which included three dogs-Max, Brook and Sandy. This was the first time for the dogs and their trainers to work around General Aviation aircraft since the teams graduated from their Initial Training classes at Lackland AFB.
