Earl Grey Hot Toddy with festive flavors of orange, ginger and cinnamon

Inspired by cold nights, warm fires and the festive flavors of the season? Global Aviation’s Executive Chef, Elaine Frances, has a comforting and warm-you-up drink recipe to share for the holidays. Get the shopping done and enjoy this Earl Grey Hot Toddy with orange, ginger and cinnamon.

Ingredients List

  • 1 large cup of hot, Earl Grey Tea (leave space in cup for brandy and honey)
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 tsp of honey or agave syrup
  • 1.5 oz brandy
  • 1 slice of orange
  • 2 little coins of fresh ginger (slice 1/8-inch pieces from a knob of fresh ginger)


Pour hot tea into a thick-walled glass or mug about ¾ full. Use a cinnamon stick to stir in honey. Add the brandy, orange slice, and ginger coins. Enjoy!
