Flo Newton Merlo founded Global Aviation in 1995. At the time, the company did not have a hangar, nor did it have aircraft.
Fast forward to today.

Based at the Portland/Hillsboro Airport, the corporation has built a solid reputation for providing the highest degree of aircraft charter, maintenance and FBO services to discerning aircraft owners and charter clientele.
